“It's so nice to deal with friendly people in a real shop (and not a kiosk outside a newsagent) and to see technicians at benches working on phones - it inspires confidence. Book a time online, drop the phone in. Have a coffee, shop a little, it's ready! It's how things should be run.”

“Came to London just a few days ago and, as coming from Japan, I was surprised how customer support or like staffs in general here in London are not friendly and supportive at all. In that case the store staffs I had were so friendly against my unnatural English. I was relieved they fixed my iPhone because my new life just started. Five stars!”

Thank you for the feedback. We've checked your order and noticed that your phone has been water damaged and that we cleaned the corrosion. Usually when water gets inside the phone smears appear on the LCD screen. Unfortunately we can't clean these smears and the only way to sort out this cosmetic issue is to replaced the screen assembly. Please get in touch if there's anything else we can help you with.

“They were able to locate the problem with my phone immediately and fixed it in less than the time that they had said they were. Customer service is also very good there and they give out lots of discounts aswell. Keep up the good work”
