“Excellent service. This was the fourth time I've used Lovefone, once with a warranty issue eleven months after a previous repair and there's never been a quibble or a problem. My phones have been fixed quickly and at a reasonable price.”

“Lovefone are the only phone service store open on a Sunday so this already sets them apart from all the other retailers, who have notoriously inconvenient opening hours for people like me who work office jobs. I had my iphone 5s screen replaced, within 10 minutes (so no wasting of any time), it is immaculate and works like a charm. Reasonably priced and on par with the average prices of this particular industry. Will use again in the future.”

“Got my iPhone 6 battery replaced here about a month ago. I booked online and the service was super-fast; 20 minutes after walking into the shop I was all finished. A month later the battery is still excellent (it was completely exhausted beforehand) and I've had no problems with the phone at all. I was a bit worried I should have gone to an Apple dealer type place but this has been perfect, very fast and half the price. Recommended.”
