“Lovefone were recommended by a friend and were brilliant for me. I left my phone to have its battery replaced but it turned out that wasn’t the problem - and they didn’t charge me for a battery that I didn’t need which i thought was pretty amazing! Honest, friendly, competent, quick. Can’t recommend enough...”

“This service is a "geek's" paradise! They have all the proper space and tools. I went in thinking I had a broken screen and (silly me) it was only the glass safety cover. They popped me another one on and sent me on my way in >10 minutes. I'll go back for everything there now. Nice folks too! (Tottenham Rd Branch)”

“My pixel2 phone was damaged and Carphone said in two different reports that it couldn't be fixed. I've reached out to Lovefone and everyone was super helpful and professional. I've made an appointment, took the phone in and 45min later it was fixed! I should have tried their service before KnowHow team at Carphone.”
