“They fixed my phone screen, which was damaged more than normally as even part of the back had fallen out, at a very reasonable price and very quickly. Only thing is, the brightness of the screen is a little weaker than before and the front/selfie camera is not as clear. However, they are very minor details considering the damage I had done to the phone and are also understandable considering it is not Apple who is fixing and replacing the parts.”

“Extremely quick, high quality screen repair and excellent customer service. My phone had been run over by a car bending the phone and yet they still placed the screen in flush with some extra attention and corrective action. 10/10 service, will be recommending to others.”

“I dropped my iPhone, but wasn't sure if it was the screen protector or mobile screen that cracked. I made an appointment online. This was confirmed, I think by email and text. When I arrived, the person at the counter checked my phone and confirmed that the screen was fine - it was the screen protector that cracked. She said they had screen protectors. I paid for one, and it was fixed to the phone while I waited.”

“I've used loveFone 3 times in 1 years and each time it was a delight to deal with them. They are trustworthy, they did a very professionnal each time (once was to change my iphone battery that was inflated, the 2nd time was to upgrade my son's mac computer and last time was to change my iphone screen that was cracked). I couldn't recommend them more.”

“I arrived early, but this wasn't a problem to them - they were very friendly and replaced the screen more quickly than they'd said. I had one problem when I tried the phone in the shop with the new screen, but the team very quickly resolved it and apologised for the issue.”

“Have been coming to these guys for years, since they had the old shop way upstairs round the corner. I always find the service so easy and effective. A no-nonsense service which is quick and great VFM. I have never had a follow-up issue from their work but I always get the impression they would sort it quickly and without quarrel if I did. Works for me.”
