“Smashed my iPhone 6S phone screen at 11pm, made an appointment online at 7am for 9am, walked out with a perfect phone at 9:30am. Lovely staff, reasonable prices - a really great service.”

“It was convenient and quick. However I left feeling unhappy... They fixed my screen but now I can never use one of my cameras again. I really don't appreciate paying £150 to fix my phone and receive it back with more expensive damages. I wish they could have told me before I let them start work... Or if they stopped when they realised the complications. My phone is now worthless with a good screen... I am very disappointed and have no idea what to do”

Dear customer, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on the service. We've discussed the issue you are experiencing with the technician who replaced the screen of your phone. It sounds like the front camera was damaged when the glass screen broke and, even though most of the time this kind of issue would be fixed when fitting the new screen, it wasn't the case in this situation. Unfortunately we became aware of this only after removing the broken screen. We are really sorry that we haven't been able to fix the front camera at the same time as the screen. “Not very transparent. They gave me 50£ quote to fix my iphone. I pick it up, payed the 50£, found out that the screen was fine but the home button was not working. They asked extra 35£ to fix the home button. If I knew it I would have gone next door, and have it completely fixed for £50 overall. A quote to fix a phone needs to be an overall quote. They should have informed me upfront of the hidden cost.”

“Quick and efficient service. I was disappointed that a 6S screen costs #99 to replace (compared to #69 for a 6) but the price still compares very favorably to Timpsons, for example. My one concern is that they fitted a tempered glass cover at my request, which does not completely cover the front service”

Thank you for the feedback. The glass screen of the iPhone 6/6S/7 is curved on the edges and that's why the tempered glass screen protector doesn't cover the front of the device completely. Please let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

“Amazing service. What you see in the website, you receive. Fast delivery, so friendly interaction and staff; prices are difficult to beat. Entrega rápida, trato y personal cercano; los precios son imbatibles. Si necesitara un servicio o una nueva compra, no lo dudaría.... Contactaría con ellos de nuevo. Un servizio di prima categoria.
