“In London on business when dropped my iPhone 6+ on the floor shattering its face. Google led me to Lovefone and within 5 minutes my on-line appointment was booked for 9am the next morning. 5 minute walk. Work started at 9am while I did some e-mails in a nearby coffee shop. By 9.20 I was leaving with a perfect phone. Good as new. Minimum fuss, minimum disruption to busy business day. No hassle. No delay. Delivered exactly on time. Highly recommended.”

“Had my cracked iPhone 6plus screen replace. The screen looked fine but immediately noticed that it would not respond to touch for minutes at a time. Then randomly would activate multiple presses in quick succession. Took it back to love phone but unfortuanly spilt a small about of drink on the phone that morning. They found a trace of fluid inside the case and said problems all due to water damage. Wouldn't believe me that the problems started as soon as they changed the screen. Very disappointed”

“After having my phone broken in an altercation I was keen to get the screen replaced the next day whilst at work. I contacted Lovefone that morning and got a response not long after they opened. While they didn't have my screen in stock within a few hours they had managed to restock and swiftly despatched a courier for collection. I received it back in just a couple hours and voila my phone was back in less than 24hrs! A great, professional service that is well priced and trustworthy. Am a very happy customer and would recommend to anyone.”
