“The communication from Lovefone was excellent, they organised to have my phone collected within an hour and it was back in my hand 2.5 hours after that with the battery replaced. I was really impressed with the service and will definitely use Lovefone again in the future.”

“Had issues with my Nexus 5 power button, and after a quick google search, Lovefone to the rescue! Easy to make an appointment, stopped by at lunchtime where they were quick and professional, and picked it up at the end of the day. Good value and saved me from having to buy a new phone.”

“I don't write reviews but this was the most effortless thing I've ever done. After the annoyance of smashing your screen and locating Lovefone, its fixed within 30 mins. Nice people and excellent service although I hope the price comes down as 6s screen replacement is expensive however it is probably the going rate.”

“Quick, helpful and super efficient. I broke my iPad screen on Sunday night abd booked a repair on monday morning. Lovefone's courier collected it from my office Monday lunchtime and it was back, fixed 2 hours later.”

“I have used these guys 3 times now (2 screens and a replacement battery) for different phones over the past couple of years. Always a good service. If you live and/or work in town the courier service is excellent too. Someone comes and gets the phone off you, you can track it all the way back to their repair shop. Once fixed you see it come back. All done within a 3-4 hours. I definitely recommend.”

“Very very quick, friendly people, didn't treat me like an idiot for dropping my phone down the toilet despite the fact that I am definitely an idiot for that reason. Not sure about cost because I haven't received iPhone repair before but seemed reasonable.”

“Lovefone's primary service is to repair screens on phones and tablets. Mainly Apple products, if I am not mistaken. This requires a number of steps: 1-Making the customer feel comfortable that they are (a) trustworthy and (b) expert at this job. 2-Allowing for easy dropoff/pickup of the broken product. 3-Having transparent pricing to allow you to understand what you are getting. 4-Be helpful during the repair process. and 5-Be fair in pricing. Lovefone absolutely exceeds the highest standard in all these steps. They were very friendly and explained the entire process up front to me. The ability to schedule appointments to come in person, mail your phone/tablet in, or have a courier come get it couldn't make the transfer easier. Their pricing was clear (on the website and in person) and very fair. And finally, and most importantly, the repair was perfect. Hello, new iPad! Thank you very much for your help. My kids thank you also!”

“They fixed my iPad beautifully and returned it by 5pm as requested - thank you. Bit of a shame that I was charged full price for the courier despite them being 40mins late initially and me having to chase to find out what was going on. The website states that it takes 2 hours so my understanding was it'd be picked up at 1pm and dropped back repaired etc. by 3pm. In the end it was picked up at 1:40pm and returned at 4:55pm, and charged £11 for courier... not quite what was advertised hence my 'Acceptable' rating. It would be nice to have an email confirmation and instructions sent prior to them picking up the device rather than after payment, and if the information was consistent (1 year warranty vs lifetime?).”

“Lovefone sent flavius out especially to replace my iPhone 6 screen inside a phone box in greenwich. Great use of an iconic design. Very helpful and friendly and most importantly quick! Would recommend.”
