“My poor Nexus 5 was in a very sorry state and the constant bashing of the non-responsive keys on my replacement plastic phone was causing my stress levels to soar. My only wish is that I'd known about Lovefone sooner. I had been putting it off for weeks as was expecting to have to pay an exorbitant amount to have the screen replaced or wait forever for the insurance claim to offer a new phone - which I didn't want! I love my Nexus :) One visit to the website, an hour long appointment booked in store for the next evening after work was told it would be ready in half an hour. I do like a good under-promise and over-delivery scenario. Phone is like new and I am infinitely calmer. (and happier!)”

“Brilliant service, I was in the place for all of ten minutes before my battery was replaced. I was also pleasantly surprised with the general vibe, you expect non-Apple repair shops to be a lot less professional but lovefone was just as good, if not better.”

“They're super professional. They changed my battery in less than 10 minutes, on the spot. The price is about half of what you'd pay at Apple and there's no need to send it off or wait around for an apple technician. I will never go anywhere else for phone repairs. Their customer service is pheneomenal (than you Anca). I have nothing. Ad to say about this amazing company.”

“Made me happy by not ripping me off for a new LCD unit for my Ipad (I suspect Apple would have) and having the skill to remove the glass without breaking it for the repair. And they were lovely people! I'd definitely recommend this lot to anyone who needs repairs. Excellent job.”

“Good customer service, nice atmosphere. First time in my life I've seen a screen replaced that I cannot notice the difference between repaired and brand new one. Great job guys. Worth every penny.”
