“It's my first time to go to Lovefone to fix my earspeaker and battery, Believe it!!! It take just 20 mins to solve all problem and now I feel like i got new phone Thx for Lovefone for vey fast service”

“I have had my Nexus 5 for about three years now and am not ready to part with it! After two and a half years it finally succumbed to the infamous power button fault. I am a researcher in the area of longer lasting products and really did not want to buy a new phone over something that could be fixed. Recently at a repair cafe I met Alex and the Lovefone team. They were able to diagnose the problem and advised me of their express mail repair service. I posted my phone on Saturday morning and received it back in working condition on the Tuesday. Now I get to hold on to my phone for longer! Thank you Lovefone!!”

“They fixed my phone for a lot cheaper than apple would have. Plus I didn't have to make an appointment two weeks in advance like apple! I just walked in and the job was complete in 20 mins!”

“I had a problem with mu iPhone and I was very worried about it. I could find the website of Lovefone and was so easy to make an appointment for the next day. At the store, I was kindly received and my phone was examined. I thought it was a charging point problem, but they told me that it was not, though a battery problem. They only charged me for the new battery, receiving an excellent service. I am very happy with the service, so if I need you again I'll definitely return.”

“I walked in with an appointment at 11.15am and someone saw me straight away. I was out of the shop within about 7 minutes and the work was tested before I left. Everyone was lovely and the service was efficient. I felt confident handing over my device to them and trusted the technicians to do a great job!”

“Lovefone was easy to find- just a 5 minute walk from the station, and having done research on prices, this price was the cheapest I could find for a battery replacement in my iPhone 5s. Also, the fact that the battery came with a years warrenty was also a good reason for going to Lovefone. The service was friendly and quick and I would definitely visit again. Thank you Lovefone!”

“Lovefone was fantastic!! I smashed my phone the day before my holiday and was worried I would have to send my phone away to be fixed. I popped into Lovefone 20 mins before they closed and they fixed it in 15!!! They were very accommodating and fantastic value. I highly recommend!”
