“So far so good with this company - excellent product (iphone 6) and with a two year guarantee. Would have had an excellent rating but product didn't arrive the day after the ordering as told it would, but it did arrive first thing the day after. I'm a happy customer.”

“Apple refused to fix my iPhone because I had changed the battery and they feared a "thermal event". They were charging £129 for a new screen and it would take 2 hours. Lovefone did it in 15 minutes for £69. The choice is clear”

“Very helpful, friendly staff! Delivery to pick up and return my phone was arranged by them and I was kept fully informed throughout the whole process which only took 3 days in total to be sent off, repaired and then returned! Very happy”
