SCAMMED ⚠️ I paid $130 NZD for a book with hard cover upgrade, I live in New Zealand and I was having it delivered to USA, the address I put for delivery was the USA address, yet for some reason the address they sent it to was half the USA address and half of my address! There is no such address! When I emailed them they told me I put that address, now, why the hell would I do that ? How could I possible type half of each address? It was clearly something on their side and then I was told if I pay more admin and postage they would post out a new one, that would be an extra $50 NZD ($25 USD) which would take the total to $150 NZD, bare in mind this was a birthday present, the book is heading to a none existent address and then will return to them eventually where I guess they’ll just destroy it.

A little upset. I ordered my book as a gift for Valentines Day. When I placed my order it said expected delivery 02/14, which was perfect. It now has a delivery date of 02/16 and hasn't even left the post office distribution center in 4 days!

It didn't come on delivery date. I see no progress in the process. It isn't moving forward. Makes me nervous coz i paid more than a hundred bucks plus the gift bag and plus taxes then i see no progress. I'm disappointed.

what's the point in paying extra to have it delivered if they take their sweet time delivering it, their company is not what it holds it name to, my mistake was not reading the comments that were before me when it come to the delivering. I was told in my email it will arrive on the 7th of October but now it said ill get it oct 10 SO MUCH FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY!!!!!!!! honestly all those 5 star review personally think that they are all robot reviews !!!!!!!!!

Same issues as most other unhappy customers. The book was promised to arrive on 2/12 but it won't arrive until after Valentines day. I wouldn't have spent the money if they'd been honest and told me the real delivery date. Giving a valentines gift AFTER valentines day is just stupid. And embarrassing. I will never order from them again.

Same issues I read below. Ordered with a promise for delivery on or before Feb 14. I emailed customer service on Feb 10 and was told they expect book will ship on time and I paid for express shipment. Check status and UPS days expected Feb 19. They either lied or the shipping clerk sent out UPS ground. Either way, no valentines gift.

They have delivery issues, ordered my book said it would arrive the day before valentines day, now my tracking says 2/18. False advertising, baiting and switching. Played me like a fiddle they knew they couldn't get the package to me but they wanted my money. DON'T USE THIS SERVICES IT'S A COOL IDEAL but logistics are horrible

Purchased on the 4th. Charged on the 5th. Est. Delivery on the 16th. Website indicated “shipping” status on the 16/17th (checked everyday) emailed several times. Now 18th, entire order was cancelled. Did not get my refund. Charged $70, they kept, no book!!!!

Ordered my book 1 Feb with an estimated delivery date of 14 Feb. Just like alot of you, Surprise....no book on Valentines Day. To make matters worse, their website still shows an estimated arrival date of 14 Feb and UPS shows that the label was just printed and not even shipped yet. Thanks for ruining Valentines Day!
