“I ordered Mother's day and Father's day cards in mid April. The Mother's day card came immediately and was gorgeous. Still don't have the 3 Father's day cards. The website says to track order through Shop. The Shop app says order is untraceable. When I emailed support they told me to check my email from April for order status. The email sends me back to the website which tells me to check Shop. Does Lovepop customer service really not have the ability to give me a status update?”
“Ordered cards for Valentines Day. Turns out they never shipped them. Asked them for a refund and instead of just issuing one they claimed they were shipped and would arrive that same day. Order never arrived, completely screwed me over for Valentine's Day when they could have just owned up to the fact that they didn't deliver the order and issue the refund (so I at least could have time to buy new cards instead of ending up with nothing to offer).”
“I didn't receive my order. The tracking number they provided for usps was not an actual tracking number. I contacted love pop and they said they would refund or replace, but then never responded back to me. I still don't have my order and love pop has not gotten back to me or replaced or refunded my order. I will not do business with them in the future. Terrible customer service.”

“I ordered several cards, two of them personalized and to be delivered for birthday wishes. The others were to be sent to me. I placed the order in early February for late February birthdays. The cards never came. I didn't receive any notice that they couldn't deliver the cards. Once the birthdays had passed and I still hadn't gotten the cards, I logged onto the site and my order was still listed as "Unfulfilled." After contacting them, I received a refund. That's the least they could do (no favors in that.) However, my mom and aunt did not receive the card and "flowers" for their birthday. I typically order real flowers but thought this would be a nice surprise and change of pace. Never again Love Pop! You can't be trusted to deliver or to notify your customer that you can't deliver so that we can make other arrangements.”
“Beautiful cards, but I paid postage on my $94 order, but the post office wouldn't deliver because of $4.60 postage due. Is this a new racket? I refuse to pay for postage TWICE!!”
“I don't normally write reviews but I am very disappointed I won't be able to surprise my mother. The reason I chose this place over others was because I wanted fast delivery, it said 1-3 working days which would have been plenty of time but its been twice that, 6 working days later and I am still waiting for my cards, now they won't be on time for mother's day (if they show up at all) and I didn't get any Plan B cards because I had hoped they would actually deliver in the time they said. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE unless you have weeks to wait for an order.”
