“If I could give NO STARS that would be what I'd do. Ive been charged since January after initial charge - of which was take off my account due to bank linked to websites etc on my phone, I immediately clicked out of the site, received a welcome email but NOT EVEN THE RESULTS OF THE TEST I TOOK WITH MY DAUGHTER! I complaint and am just told that I wont be refunded as it is not due to a technical problem, that I basically subscribed. WHICH I DID NOT. I have taken this up with my bank also - now I have to pay for a new bank card as the previous one was stopped due to FRAUDULANT deductions of which I didnt sign on for. I am in South Africa and is, I believe owed as refund of over R5000 which is about $290!!
It is so easy to take our money LOVE STRIVE, isnt it? I will be doing this same review on every and all sites I can find. I never even opened the welcome email because I clicked OUT OF IT, even though I just spend half an hour to finish the test - again, not even a result. I have evidence of all, including their support email responses keeping to their story that I wont be refunded. Not even a person with a name is mailing me back, its generic messages hoping the client will become complacent and stop bothering them!”
