“I received a pair of 'orthopedic sneakers' (orthopeadic), the spelling should have alerted me. They are not at all ortho, very cheaply made.
I asked to return/refund and they refused. Their Return policy says returns within 14 days of purchase - will not be lucky! Not a good experience and suggest you think carefully before ordering.”
“Bought a pair of size 6 shoes, they sent size 4. E-mailed them, they said I cannot return them and they will not refund me as they do not have a company in the UK (they do, I checked). They refuse to refund or let me send them back. Waste of money, will advise do not use this company. I have lost all my money.”
