I find this site confusing and difficult to know what goes on or if you've won compared to other similar sites!

No luck so far, not building very many points up. A lot of points have to be collected just for £10.00.....

Even though I am matching 5/6 green balls in order I am not receiving any points but in the listing it said if I only matched 1 green ball I would have revived points. This so happenning regularly and I don't understand it??

Thank you for your review, we do take all comments on board so will answer you query as best as possible. Each draw has different points distributions associated with them which are calculated from the probability of them happening. Some draws give points for matching 1 ball in the lucky dip and main draws but the mega draw only gives prizes for 3 matches and above. The points are always changing and are shown on each draw page that is being played so they can always be seen. You really don't need to understand why they are set as they are but rather just collect any that you are winning. This is made as easy as possible as a 'collect' button shows on any entry line that is a winner for you. Please do get in touch using the contact form on the website if you are still having difficulties.

Having altered the format over a time span you have now made it so user unfriendly with pop up adverts and more adverts and more adverts this is not even a drop in app where you could be enticed to maybe click on a advert it's now one I avoid unfortunately. No longer a bit of fun but more of a chew.

Thanks very much for your review Babsy44. We do feel it is a bit unfair as we have never changed the ads on the site since the draws started. All that has been changed is a new draw has been added. Your account shows you very rarely visit the site even before the new draw was added, only 18 days have been checked in the whole of 2016 and nothing was changed in regards to how adverts are shown before or after the new year. I can confirm the ads shown on the site are Adsense and there are zero popups. The only ads we show are 3 on the check results page which can be very easily ignored and are clearly labelled as adverts as Google policies dictate so there is no enticement to click anything. We are sorry to see you are leaving but if you do change your mind don't forget you are already over half way to collecting enough points to redeem £10 and of course could win any of the daily draws at any time!

1. The prize amounts are too low. Similar websites are offering at least ten times the amount offered on Lucky Phone. 2. The results should show on the first screen. We should not have to go through three or four pages to find the results. As a result of these two points, I am considering leaving. And I doubt I am the only one... The point is to attract people to the site. People want easy, big money, not difficult small money. Awaiting change....

Hi ABB Thanks for your review and for letting us know your issues with the site. We would like to make all visitors aware that points like this are taken seriously and in this case some are already being worked on. 1. A similar websites has been running for 3 years longer than Lucky Phone and has built a large loyal user-base meaning more revenue to fund the draws. We hope to have that many players in the future but at the moment we are just like the other site who also started with small prizes and will continue to do so until the site can fully sustain itself. Obviously this gives current players a much better chance of winning the smaller prizes as there are less people competing :-) 2. The check results pages are being optimised and we have been working on that recently. Please keep your eyes peeled for future news articles on the site for any updates! Thanks for playing and we hope you will continue to do so.

I have only used lucky phone for a few weeks but have not won once, and when checking the results I have seen most winners do not claim the reward which makes me think the site is not legitimate. I would not recommend the site and will most likely stop using it

I am sorry you feel Lucky Phone is not legitimate. I would like to say we do pay every winner who claims on the site. I see you have checked each of the 9 days you have been on the site checking the 18 draws you have been entered into. I'm sorry you haven't won in that time but looking at the draw statistics I can confirm there have been 10 claims and 8 unclaimed. As the main draw is a rollover there have only actually been 5 lucky dip £5 draws that have been unclaimed due to the players not visiting the site to collect their winnings. During the time you have been playing the game we have given away £110 with £25 being left unclaimed. We do hope you will continue to play.
