“I ordered a T-shirt and then was sticker shocked that it has a 10$ shipping fee attacked to a 30$ shirt. It was too big. When I attempted to return there was no return label that they could create based on my purchase. When I chatted with a representative they provided and address where I can mail it at my cost or I can pay 8$ for a return label. So, for a 30$ shirt that was too big I end up paying 18$ in shipping fees.
The best the customer service person could say is, "Sorry, to inform you that for system upgradation we are not able to create the return label from our end." I have no idea what a "system upgradation" even is. Caveat emptor.”
