“My grandson opened a bottle of lucozade energy orange, after drinking over half he felt something in his mouth it was a lump of black mould, I checked the bottle and there was black mould in the grooves of the bottle cap and on the bottle where the cap sits. I tried to ring their customer services 3 times only to hear a message saying my call could not be answered, I went on their website 4 times to contact them I filled in a form each time pressed send only to have it flased up that my email was not right! Funny that I've had it over 20 years, I'm fuming why is there no way of speaking to this company? HELP.”
