“Placed an order 12/23/24 - took weeks for my order to ship (llonger than the 10 days they stated on the website). 1/20 checked the tracking again and noticed that the item could not be delivered because the postage was insufficient. I contacted the company via email multiple times and never received a response. I tried calling the number on their website and got a recording that the number was not valid. Will report as fraud through my credit card company.”
“Customer service is lacking. They take a few days to respond and give you the run around. I was told they would honor the buy one get one sale on Black Friday, but have been going back and forth with the same person (Rebecca) for almost 2 months now. Its January 20th and this morning Rebecca sent me an email not remembering our email conversation and stated that my order is completed. If she just looked through all the messages we exchanged in the email chain she would see that I have not gotten my free bag. Either multiple people are “Rebecca” or Rebecca just has very short term memory.
Also, I got my first bag… It took almost 2 months to get and it feels cheap and flimsy. Don’t purchase. The bag sucks and their fake customer service is even worse.”
“This is a total waste of money. I want my money back. At no point I was able to get my lashes glued to the silicone pad. The glue does not stick whatsoever.( Mind you I was patiently doing it for over 30 minutes, only one eye). Don’t waste your money”
