“ I love Luxie Beauty Brushes but I've placed a order with them a lil over a month ago my package arrived with some missing items I reached out to their customer service team and via email (and sent pics with email ect) they responded n had to send them the number of each brush I was missing so I did and I've heard nothing since then and at the beginning they're telling me they will send me replacements fir my missing items n ect no problem well I've done everything on my part they've asked me to so I'm not understanding why I haven't been sent my replacements bc I've paid for them so I'm confused tremendously ”

“ I purchased a rose gold Kabuki set. The quality of the brushes is amazing and it really makes my makeup application look flawless. One of the larger brushes became damaged and Luxie immediately explained the issue and replaced the brush at no expense to me. Kudos to Luxie for an excellent product and even better customer service!! ”
