Customer service dismissed my request for a refund, claiming the information was visible, yet it’s clearly not clear enough based on how many people feel misled.

When i wrote to them explaining that i felt manipulated and to please refund my money as a gesture of goodwill, they refused.

Scammers!! Will take money from your card as membership fees even without any notification. They say you have to cancel your membership within first 14 days of purchase and I cancelled mine on the 14th day, they still didn’t bother to refund me. Pathetic customer service too!!

Another payment went out December and January when l noticed the January one l contacted them demanded for my money back and a stop of those charges and they can not give me a refund which l just left and I requested to cancel the subscription going forward and they told me that the subscription was told it will be terminated and it will end in February from there no payments will be taken, this information was given to me in January and now April they just tried to scam me another subscription money.

November just to discover a couple months later that they were charging me 9.95eur monthly for the "membership"!!!! I am absolutely sure there was no clear information about any membership program when I bought my item!!! They might have it in some places on the website but in tiny writing and where you would not typically go or read!!! Asked for the refund as I had no idea that I was signed up to their fkn membership scam, got an arrogant reply that they will not refund!!! AVOID THESE THIEVES!! Hope their business gets shut down!!!! Shame on you!!!

When claiming for this situation, and after cancelling my "supposed" membership when I realised they had charged £9 to my account, their answer was that I had a membership and cancelled too late so that they were not going to refund.

SCAM 100% This company should be avoided at all costs! A membership of 8.99 is applied after a month, so your first order and month is free, then before you know it they've take 2 months. Their customer service is rubbish, items arrived half empty and they refuse to refund or engage. Avoid at all times.

If Luxplus were fair about this they would alert new 'subscribers' when a subscription payment is about to be taken and/or issue a refund if customers did not realise they had unwittingly become 'members'.
