The sizing is not suitable. There was no small size in the lovely merino wool tights I wanted, only small/medium. Because I am slender as well as just 5’ 4” this means the tights would have wrinkled on my legs in wearing. Very disappointed. It’s proving impossible to find good quality tights which are made from wool, i.e. warm enough in winter, which are not in black or other dark colours.

Disappointed with my Wilford Hold Ups as one stocking did not stay up at all. After paying £38 it’s outrageous. I have returned these to Luxury Legs with the hope that they will contact Woodford and send me another pair fit for purpose or refund my money.

We have been in touch with the customer and now waiting to receive the item back so we can check and inspect if this is a manufacturer fault, as this is most unusual for this brand.

I ordered (and paid for) 2 pairs of Walford tights on 4th November. I needed them for the weekend beginning 12th November. I pair was received a day or two before my departure, together with a scribbled note to say the second pair was ‘to follow’, since when I have heard nothing or seen nothing. I am not impressed and shall not be using Luxury Legs again! Order number 137278

Unfortunately, after Brexit, some of our deliveries from Europe might take longer than usual to arrive. This specific delivery was held up due to an internal IT error at UPS couriers which has resulted in them being unable to clear consignments even though all the relevant duties and taxes were paid. We were in constant contact with the courier, supplier to minimize those delays and customers were kept informed during this time.

I liked to products I ordered but sadly had to return, they said refund would take 10 day, why? no banking system takes 10 days, quick enough to take your money not so quick to give it back

We email customers immediately that we receive their return so they are assured that we have it. We then have to open and check the items before the refund is authorised. During busy periods this can take up to 10 working days of which all customers are advised.

Tax was no applied at source- I had to pay an additional €17 and still don’t have my item.

All our international orders are free VAT and the amount customer paid reflects this. The tracking number shows that this parcel it is in transit and we believe that should arrive shortly.

The short style underwear kept rolling over at the stomach so I have returned them today. Returning them has been a nightmare as I do not have a printer. So I paid the postage. Very unhappy.

It might take a few attempts in order to find the right piece of shapewear, we are always happy to assist over the phone with an advice or any query you might have. We have a link on the website where a free label can be downloaded and there is no need for a printer as the Post office can print out the label for you.

I spent £116 on two pairs of Spanx and am REALLY disappointed that they don’t stay up around my rib cage as they are supposed to. They roll down to my waist which causes a horrible bulge and is really uncomfortable. I am a size 8-10 and slim but wanted them to give a really smooth silhouette under fitted dresses. I’ve always bought M&S shapewear before but decided to treat myself as Spanx are supposed to be the best. I can’t believe these control knickers were £58 a pair and essentially unwearable. I would not recommend.

We have a wide range of Spanx products available on the website which sometimes makes it difficult to choose from , we always advise our customers to get in touch for help with choosing the right piece of shapewear if unsure of the size or fit.

Whilst the shape was good on the body the cups will only accommodate a small chest and gape at the sides so had to return

Women's largest size, Falke ankle cotton were too small in the foot. I have given them away. The knee-high stretch socks much too small in the foot and I will return them. The roll top ankle socks were acceptable if a bit too tight at the ankle. I searched but could not find what I wanted in any other make. Who makes good, attractive comfortable cotton socks, or stretch socks for women with large feet? There is too much glamour to trawl through when searching for practicality and comfort. If the categories were more separate it would save time and one might find what one wanted.

Ordered Jean's 18th February 2021. Disappointed to say as of 3rd March 2021 I have still not received delivery. Have contacted luxury legs and Hermes carriers and still await an answer about delivery
