Being a loyal customer of Luxury Legs the last 10 years, I never expected that I would lose the money, a sum of 172 euro, that I paid for my order. I made the order during the closing down sale of LL, on 15/03/24. When I followed the tracking number, found that the package returned back to sender. There was no notification or a phone call during delivery, so I assume that from the beginning there was no package. Global is the parcel shipping service that was used, but I cannot have any contact with them. Uk Tights com bought the website of LL but they did not help me either as they wrote me that they do not manage the depts of LL and gave me advice to ask for a refund in the bank. I provided evidence to the bank, that the package was returned to the sender but as they told me, they cannot claim a chargeback from a company that has no monery to give. My last experience with Luxury Legs was at least frustrating! Maria Demi

I returned an item for refund 28 days ago & still wait, I have tried the phone number on many occasions but no one answers. Very disappointed & £60 out of pocket 😡

Although item was reduced the elastic in the waist has gone . Since I can't return it I'm going to have to spend a fortune and take it to alterations to change it

If I could have left a zero star review I would have. The returns policy is appalling. Received an email saying my return had been received on 24/1 and I would be refunded in 14 days. Instead I have had no refund and they have continued to take my ClearPay payments. Also beware if you return items as they take the £3.95 return cost from the cost of your order. Avoid at all costs. !!

This company is absolutely beyond a joke, I am still waiting for a refund 3 weeks after returning some leggings. I would never order anything from luxury legs ever again!!!

Still waiting for a refund, over 2 weeks since I returned an item. All other companies issue refunds within a day or so. I certainly won't be ordering from them again!!!!

Customer been notified , the order is currently held at the customs office and awaiting formal clearance. Once the parcel is released, the last-mile carrier will handle the delivery of the order. Unfortunately the customs may hold the parcel as long as they deem fit, and there is no way for us to expedite this process and sometimes delay occur. We believe that this should get delivered within the next couple of days.

Iam a size 14, I ordered a X-LARGE . Well I can't get them much past my knees!!! About to send them back. A shame as they look and feel really warm, which I wanted for working outside in the winter.

We have received this return back on the 3rd of October and the refund can take up to 14 days , this order has been refunded within the timeframe.
