They run their business to the retail public under Luxury Motorsports. They handle their legal issues under the name Dealer Trade Inc., all owned and ran by Enrico Gilcreest. The reason I bring this up, is I know there is other pending litigation for similar fraudulent practices against this organization, that can not be commented on at this time. I would beware of buying anything from this organization. They obviously have a track record of fraudulent activities.
