Recently had to request a refund and cancel an order for reasons outside their control, and they were extremely accomodating and didn't make a fuss. Genuinely really impressed with the customer service I've received so far and they seem like a very good company to deal with. Hope to shop again in the future.

We had to change our order before it was delivered when it became apparent that we would only be able to put wood down in part of our rebuild: it was no problem to change, the refund was very quick and there was trouble at all.

The flooring I ordered was out of stock, I only found out once id placed and paid for my order. I was offered a refund but decided to wait unfortunately after 4 weeks it arrived damed but was replaced within a week. Communication was great and the easiest company by far to arrange a replacement with.

I use the 8mm FARMHOUSE Oak Textured for my one-bed flat. The product is of high quality and good price. The customer service is also very kind and helpful: I have 6 unused packs of floor at the ennd, the lady arranges to get them back with free of charge and refund into my account quickly. That's amazing!

Brilliant service, floor looks amazing, it makes the room look huge now, very very pleased with it. Got a full refund on a box i had left over too...just brilliant from start to finish thanks guys. Highly recommend.

Great product and customer service. Unfortunately our floor wasn't level enough for the laminate to be laid so we arranged to return the product. It was collected quickly and we got our refund with no trouble at all.

I didn't initially have a great experience with Luxury Flooring but have since spoken to Harry who has now provided me with a refund and assured me that they are seeking to improve their refund process.

Very helpful office staff, informative and friendly. Product arrived efficiently, was not suitable, although great quality. Sent back and refund agreed.
