“The present was never delivered and a refund is outstanding. After a first delivery attempt UPS France didn’t deliver again despite clear instructions. Luxury for Men was friendly and replied promptly to our queries but they didn’t manage to get the present delivered either. Still waiting for a refund they’re holding back until their delivery service has returned the package to them.”
