“Ordered some tiles on a Tuesday and paid for express delivery 1-2 days. Booked in a tiler for Friday. Tiles still not arrived by Friday. Email received on Thursday indicated tiles were not even sent until 2 days after order.
No answer to phone calls or emails.”

Almost 2 weeks later, not heard a thing.

“I’m only giving 1 star because there’s no option to give zero! I’m still waiting for my delivery for which I’ve paid £30 delivery for 3 boxes of tiles. I’ve emailed, phoned and left a message and it’s still impossible to communicate with anyone from Luxury Tiles. Disappointing service!”
“Spent 40 pound on 1-2 day delivery. Had to contact them myself to ifnd out what was happening. After 7 days of them saying they were delivering them they then said we don't normally deliver to Scotland and were incredibly rude. Then said the tiles got broke in transit which I am unsure about as this wasn't mentioned before. Told me they were cancelling my order as it was too much effort which left me without tiles and without a bathroom for a week. Absolutely disgusted at the way this was handled, unprofessional company would not recommend to anyone.”
