About Lvt superstore :

We have been in the flooring industry for over 30 years and have two warehouses based in the midlands, from our experience in supplying flooring we have found that nowadays there are unlimited options available often which rather than enthusing our customers often leaves them feeling bamboozled and mesmerised..

All of our products come with:
• At least a 20 year domestic warranty
• Attached underlay ( who wants to choose a floor and find that they have to purchase expensive underlay on-top)

All of our products are:
• “clic” flooring and so do not require hundreds extra spent on professional floor layers.
• stocked in our warehouses in the midlands and we also have shop fronts so you are not just buying from some bloke in his bedroom.

“Fantastic service, quick and efficient delivery. Very pleased with the service and quality of the product. Will definitely be using again. Only recommendation is that the delivery could be cheaper.”

“Great product, excellent price. Easy to fit (so my fitter tells me) and good customer service. Let down a bit by communication - failure to provide a confirmed delivery date, and I was promised photographs of the beading before deciding a final colour - which I never received. I just got a delivery i wasn't expecting (fortunately I was in to receive it) and got what I was sent. Good job I was happy with it. So yeah, would recommend but be sure to get confirmation.”

“Purchased 6 packs Unico Allora SPC tiles online. Unfortunately I didn't receive order confirmation and had to follow up by phone to receive e-mail confirmation. Similarly, I had to follow up twice to confirm delivery date and eventually after two calls, I received confirmation of delivery date. Staff on phone were courteous and helpful but as they were waiting for tiles to arrive at their premises, they were unable to give accurate delivery information. Tiles were well packaged and in good order. Price was reasonable.”

“The company that deliver for LVT dropped a large pallet off with my flooring on it,i'm 62yrs of age asked them to bring the flooring into my kitchenwhich was littery 1ft away from the door they would not do it so i was left with a load of flooring outside my back door,had to get the neighbour to bring it in for me,and now i am left with a large pallet in my back yard,also ordered beading 9 pieces 7 where damaged,had to get a refund and having to go out now to buy some more.”

“Good consise website, samples of choices arrived promptly, Lvt chosen was very good value and quality. Goods ordered and paid for with no fuss. Small damage on despatch dealt with professionalism and goods arrived next day. No installation leaflet or advice would hinder diy but not me.”

“Experience mainly positive. Web site is easy to use. Samples arrived in a few days and supported selection of preferred tile. Order then placed simply. Tiles arrived quickly and appear excellent quality and value for price paid. Concerns related to shipping info. Text received from a shipping company that was unfamiliar to me (XPD Express) and advised item from 'Carpet & Cushion' collected. Since I had not ordered anything from such a company, I assumed the text was scam and avoided clicking on the embedded link. When I later saw the same info in an e-mail, I reconsidered and did click the link. However, this brought up an 'Untrusted Link' message in my Bitdefender software, so I aborted. However, the tiles did arrive the next day and were left by my front door since I was away and had no idea of delivery date or time. This part of the process needs an overhaul but otherwise great.”
