“The products I ordered seemed nice in terms of quality, but they were too big for me so I returned them. After having heard nothing for two weeks I contact them, which resulted in them agreeing to refund me. Unfortunately this refund has not happened yet, while they have said to me on 2 seperate occasions that I would receive my money within 5 working days. This is very disappointing for such a known brand. I won't order with them again.”
