Refund - Difficult

Most annoying thing about Ebay is that you sell an item and a new buyer can buy an item and say it never arrived and Ebay gives them a full refund. There is no protection for the seller even though you have been selling for years and have 100% feedback. Sellers need to send items tracked or signed for or are at risk of losing out. It turns me off selling certain items Come on Ebay you need to do better.

Use another selling platform! eBay's policies are criminal. I accepted a return when I did not have to, just to be nice and have been ordered to refund 15% more than I received from the sale. If I don't refund the amount eBay have told me to then they will just take the amount out of my bank!

EBAY take a buyers protection fee then fail to protect you, bought a new HYUNDAI hedge trimmer it broke down just 36 days after i bought it, purchased on the 16 th July i was promised a full refund then they didn't refund me saying it was outside the 30 day period, what a joke i will never buy from them again, selling faulty products that are rubbish.

Most buyers only shop in ebay-official-packaging due to eBay vouchers. If you get a damaged or wrong item, they refund only what you paid—not the voucher value, which isn’t renewed. I asked for a replacement, and they even gave me return details, only to later admit they can’t replace anything—just refund £0.35 (my spend, excluding the voucher). Misleading and unfair. Why request returns if replacements aren’t possible?

The seller denied all knowledge, then offered 20% refund and then said I must send the item back to China at my own expense, which is against ebay's terms and conditions.

I had no choice in the matter and ebay dictated the return and issued a full refund including seller costs.

I used to buy from eBay recently I had really bad experiences from three sellers from eBay it taught me a lesson not to buy online if what you ordered online does not fit You only get half money back and you cannot send it back and get a full refund so I had to throw the things in the trash most of the things I got were really quality one dress came it looked second hand I asked if I could send it back the seller it'd be better if I keep it they would refund me the dress and how embarrassing they asked me to give it as a present or to sell it how embarrassing the second one the same thing I thought they were clogs with fur lining I got only the lining not the clog for $5.

The tracking shows as delivered I didn't get any parcel, but eBay is not going to refund me the money, because I don't have proof that it was not delivered.

Impossible to wear them after that on my holiday.when returning home asked for a refund and was refused. Shoddy ebay goods ,shoddy experience of eBay and disgusting eBay customer service .
