“Terrible site. Protects there sellers and not there buyers. Removes accurate genuine feedback for there sellers, so there feedback system is very inaccurate.”
“As usual I will start with the truth about the service I received today from eBay, after a whole day I managed to get someone to talk to me live from eBay. The woman first thanked me for being loyal to eBay for over 20 years, the reason I asked for help was I tried to pay as usual for the item I won which is a hand saw but I couldn't pay because eBay only allows those who have a credit card to buy hand saws and no one else can buy them. What kind of law is that and what kind of law does that I won't say anything because you will know what I can only say. Today no one does anything just record and automatically you can spend the whole day and you won't get anything done. And there are many who at the same time while drinking coffee and listening to you trying to get some help there is no one to answer you but their salaries are very high and good all of us customers especially from buyers and then from those who sell because they also have to pay a part of their earnings that they sell through eBay. I will never use you that a person must have a credit card in order to pay for a hand saw, the lady I managed to talk to after a whole day of trying was not at all kind to confirm my age and she had all my details in front of her on the monitor, if she had been a little kinder the person might have helped. A very strange law passed for hand saws and if I am only 65 years old it will never be clear to me, for that reason I will strictly avoid buying on eBay from now on.”
“Relatively smooth experience until I made the big mistake of buying something from china.
Absolute load of tosh tacky and served no purpose. My bad experience cost me only £15 which to me is a cheap lesson not to buy from china. Yes there is a system of refunds but firstly is contested by the seller in china than than start the refund process which is long and frustrating. I was under the impression that eBay had certain standards of practice when It comes to China.”
“Can i give them zero stars? used ebay for 17 years, its no longer enjoyable to use infact it causes more stress that its worth. The holds, the simple delivery BS , the 'so convenient for ebay delayed tracking system'- so items are delivered and show as so on the delivery agent platform yet ebay show as not delivered. So they can hold your money even longer - pathetic. With all the extra charges to the buyers for the made up buyer protection, it devalues items and puts off buyers. My sales hit rock bottom since the new rules and so did my company business account. Ebay is dead, go elsewhere its not economically viable to use and is by far NOT a quick process so sell unwanted goods which was the whole point originally.”
“It seems that at every step eBay is destroying the pleasure of trying to sell for private sellers. Buyers fees, simple delivery and extended payments all ruin the experience but do they care?”
“Couldn’t be happier with finding products and the way eBay makes sure the buyer and seller both have to comply making it a easy pleasant transaction.”
“After being a member since 2009, i'm finaly really fed up with them. Opened in 2009 my account in the Netherlands, moved to the UK 6 years ago but Ebay refuses to change my account to the UK and now starts to charge me for every buy because although billing and shipment is in the uk they state i have a foreign accound! I need to cancel my accound and open a new one in the UK, and loose all positive feedback from every purchaise from the past 15 years!!!
After i had the so-maniest agrovation with them yesterday over their policy and being charged £73,- extra because of this, their unwillingness to change or do something about it and their absolut joke for a "service desk" , i'v deceided after 15+ years to NEVER use their services again.”
“I left ebay after been with them from 2012.Ioat money for return and buyer refuse to send item no money no item no support. Reead reviews on Trust pilot”

“Blocked the account I had created but we're unable to tell me why. Cancelled the sale made but are still attempting to take the fee for a sale that was never made.”
“It was so traumatizing and I couldn't talk to no one about it after this investors left me handicapped by taking my 25,00$ stopping me from withdrawal of my hard earned money. My search for redemption begins after a very close associate of mine told me about olive Recovery Specialist and I saw a lot of reviews myself and testimonies about them, finally reached out and to my greatest surprise what I thought was impossible became possible and mind blowing. I will forever share their good work cause they saved me at a time I needed it most. You can contact them through via (WhatsApp) +44 7438 6 87 236

“Ebay Payments is a scam ... buyers pay and ebay holds their money until it decides they want to pay/release it to the seller..
BEWARE as of the 4th February ebay will hold sellers money even longer , in fact until 2 days after the item has been delivered to the buyer.. Another SCAM so they can keep hold of your money..
Hopefully ebay will realise this sucks when sellers decide this new process is NOT seller friendly”
“AWFUL FOR SELLERS. STAY AWAY!
No matter what they will always side with the buyers, nothing you can do with scamming customers I had receipts and I had proof yet to no avail. Use a different platform if you’d like to sell your items. Hope this helps!”
