“ Purchased a pressure washer tiger 1800b read the book on how to use and put together fillled with petrol and engine oil and connected water supply but couldn’t get in to work phoned Southampton branch very helpful still wouldn’t work I took it back to store the threads on the lance hose were damaged cross threaded they gave me a new replacement machine straight away which worked straight away took it home all was great no quibble great service very helpful ”
