“Was told by the Machine Mart chosen delivery agent that my bike lift would be arriving at 12:00-13:00 today. After 17:00 I called as there had been no update. Asked where it was to be told it’s still on the way. It’s now 20:00 and still no sight of a delivery. Of course no one to talk to now because of the time. Took a day off work and lost £200 because I was told it would be lunchtime delivery. Appalling service, H Young got to be the worst delivery service in the country in my experience. I recommend any large items are delivered by someone else and not H Young Transport if you want to receive them on time. To rub salt in the wound, Delivery cost was a huge £98 makes things worse.”

“I read a review that was negative about the noise, but now I have one it’s obviously got to be a bit louder than a house vac because it has a Supersonic Suction, works great on the wet or dry floor, great for the car and has a the magic power take off which is a big bonus. Very happy with this model vacuum cleaner:)”

“Clarke 3000 petrol generator-60 days old has packed in lanyard broken and doesn’t retract back in. A total disaster for us on the canal network. Back to Wigan branch tomorrow to drop off the defective equipment we purchased.”

“Bought a Clarke mobile 7 drawer metal Tool Chest, but unfortunately this was damaged on arrival. The underneath of the tool chest was crushed on two corners. Inside the bottom drawer was bent. The chest looks as if it has been dropped and is out of shape. Two of the screw holes for the wheels were unusable, loose or cross threaded. I contacted Customer Service and was offered a number of options to either arrange return and money back or exchange or accept a £30 refund. I opted for the latter as I had already filled the chest up with my tools. Customer service sent me a Voucher code, but this has left a bitter taste, the tool chest cost £337. Which is not a small amount, I am very disappointed with purchase.”
