“Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. My order was lost by the shipping company, and the tracking confirms it was never delivered. I contacted them requesting either a refund or replacement but received no response.
What’s disappointing is that they responded quickly to my questions before I placed the order, but stopped responding once there was a problem. Even a simple explanation would have been appreciated. Ignoring a customer when something goes wrong is very unprofessional.”
“I placed an order with machine fitness on express delivery (1-2 days) a week ago (9th April), so far I am yet to receive any sort of update and I have tried to message their customer support via email and also via the contact us part of their website and have received nothing in return.
I paid extra thinking I would get my items sooner and yeah still waiting. It’s disappointing because I rated the clothing and the quality of it looked good however it seems actually receiving the items themselves is a different story
Would strongly recommend if you purchase anything with this company do not pay extra for delivery as I feel I may have just lost money due to that”
“The t-shirts are a nice fit and look good too, only thing I would recommend is that when you send them don’t use tissue paper as when I unpacked mine the tissue paper was all stuck to the label on the back and didn’t come off until it was washed”
