“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - we received a product on 5th May that was damaged in transit, since then they have failed to give us a replacement as we requested despite us chasing constantly. Nice looking products but if they don't resolve common issues what is the point - you'll only be left out of pocket and with a faulty product :(”
“DO NOT USE THSI COMPANY. I ordered a garden table on the 2nd April, took 8 weeks to arrive. Arrived damaged. When I called to say it arrived damaged the first thing the lady said to me was 'oh so you accepted the box even though it was damaged?' Such a bad and frosty attitude straight away! I asked for a replacement. They took ages to get the table picked up and I have been waiting for the new one to arrive. Received an email today to say it won't be delivered until September. They send you this information by email with no contact number to get back to them. Must have spent two hours on hold to them trying to sort this out. A terrible company. Would never use again and will tell everyone to avoid them at all costs.”
