“The energy that the owner, Leina brings to this platform is infectious and encouraging for small artisan business owners. Within the first few months after the MadeIt marketplace was relaunched, I had already exceeded the income of the previous years, which was encouraging to me as a creative maker. I especially appreciate the efforts of Leina and her team to invest her time into providing tips, training and support to small artisan businesses and being transparent about how the platform is performing and where it is heading through regular email updates and online live sessions.”

“The stafff are extremely supportive to their artists & makers with any questions or problems. They also help provide constructive feedback & their private fb page is fantastic for tips & learning about everything that goes with running a little sideline craft to a full time artist.”

“So far I really like how Madeit is set up for sellers except for the shipping options. The options to set up shipping are incredibly limited and are very difficult to set up so that either the seller or buyer doesn't end up losing out by paying excess postage or not enough. It can be made to work for some stores and types of products but certainly not in all cases, which unfortunately my store falls in to. The Facebook group for sellers is excellent though and gives great support and so much advice on how to do all kinds of things to promote your business. I am also very happy with the costs to have a store.”
