When I first saw ads for madmuscle, I thought “nah, fake.” But my friend tried it, and I gave it a shot. Now I’m on week 8, doing workouts at home, eating from the plan, and already seeing results. Not fake, not a scam — it’s real.

Shoutout to my trainer Brian — he kept me consistent. Even when I was traveling for work, he reminded me to do short madmuscles workouts in my hotel room. Without him, I’d have quit.

I felt lost with my body after pregnancy, and madmuscle gave me a way back. The workouts fit nap times perfectly. I only wish the app had more calming music options, sometimes I need that vibe.

What I appreciate most about madmuscle is the ability to fit workouts around my hectic schedule. Some days I only have 15 minutes, but I can still do something. A few more female-focused routines would be nice, but the flexibility is fantastic.

As a mom juggling two kids and remote work, I need short but effective routines, and Madmuscles fits the bill. I’ve toned up and feel more energetic, but some days I wish there were more guided stretching sessions or relaxing cool-downs. Still, mad muscles reviews on flexibility and support proved true!
