Product: The String of Love - the string is really thin nothing like in the photo. Also don’t be fooled by the 14 day money back guarantee “no questions asked”. They bombard you with emails containing a code for a percentage off, making it appear normal but if you use one you CANNOT return your items. I sadly bought five of these for Christmas gifts, they are really disappointing. I have emailed six times and they will not budge. I asked why when other customers on here make the same complaint they ask them to email in knowing full well the answer to their complaint will be a no. I also emailed the owner, (not allowed to mention names here but easily found on a search engine) but haven’t had a reply as yet. Please read everything very very carefully. This has cost me £236 for items that in my opinion look like they cost about £5 each. Please don’t get caught out it’s horrible losing so much hard earned money and I would not want it to happen to anyone else. It’s definitely ruined my Christmas present plans. If anyone else who has had these problems wants to get in touch so we can complain together please let me know”
