“Staff are really friendly and helpful. Storage unit exceptionally dry and safe. My only criticism is that I think the units should have a light of some kind. If, like me, you need access to your items in storage then you need to bring a torch and even then it's difficult to locate and move the item you require. Lights would be ace. But besides that the facility is great and I would definitely recommend.”

“Apart from a discrepancy in the quoted price, the Receptionist was extremely helpful on our first and subsequent visit. She showed us exactly what to do and how to access our unit.”

“Iv been with Magenta for a few years on and off and the guys in the office are always really helpful and friendly. I can come back and forth the unit when i want - which makes it much easier as i live in a different City now.. Absolutely no complaints”

“I like the Acton site. It's near to my home, &, unusually, it's on a quiet road & there is parking. Initially, I also signed-up because the charges were competitive. I find all the staff helpful & likeable. I didn't appreciate it when you recently started to send invoice-reminder emails 10 days or so before the due date.”

“Access is generally pretty good and parking OK. There are days when the toilet isn't clean, not everyday just some days”

“The staff at Magenta were really helpful and friendly. I was physically shown the units so that I could see how large they were for myself. To set up the payments was quick and easy and once I'd finished needing the storage facility I was very quickly given a refund back of money owed. I would recommend Magenta to anyone.”

“I have had 4 different storage units over the last year and magenta was the best. The facilities are clean and modern with a wide car park that makes it less stressful than other places. Katie and James who work there where very good just trying to help and advise without trying to sell yo”

“24hr access and friendly reception. There is also toilet or meeting space. Very happy with Magenta overall. The only thing - there is only one lift available. When it get busy it can be frustrating...... therefore 4 of 5”

“good customer service, efficient systems. Parking spaces need to be delineated as often difficult to park because of poor parking by people already there. Often need to block people in or be blocked in because parking is inefficient use of the space, and because people park one car in a two car space. Lining would help.”
