“Very friendly, helpful staff and clean storage. Only downside is opening hours as shut Sunday and at6pm week nights which isn't very helpful as I work till after 6 mon-sat so having to have time off to clear storage.”

“The facility is good and the service I received was good except for the lack of clarity in the explanation of cost. I was very surprised when I received my first invoice to find that I was being charged for insurance, which I had been led to believe (by your online material), would be inclusive. Is it possible to remove this element from future bills?”

“Overall very good in most respects; my only comment is the variability of customer service. By this I mean that once or twice (not often) the attitude to the client has been either bored or impatient. Also, generally speaking it's good advice to ensure the employee maintains eye contact and does not continue typing or staring at a computer screen (without always making it clear that the activity on the computer relates to the customer).”

“Clean and tidy units with trolleys available. Entrance lock can be temperamental”

“Lovely friendly staff. Reasonable rates considering the prices of property in the area. The only down side is there is only one lift to upper floors. Also, very occasionally at extremely busy times, trolleys can be in short supply.”

“Magenta Oxford - Great location, easy drive in loading bay, staff very helpful & supply me with a well needed coffee. Got a good deal on move and been happy with my experience would recommend using them.”

“Magenta St Albans has always been very helpful and available when I need them. I have relied on their service whilst out of the country so dependability is important to me. The conditions are dry and climate controlled and I have never had any problems with damp, theft or lack of access. In fact they are easy to park outside and move property in and out. I recommend them.”

“I'm a long-standing customer of Magenta and find them extremely helpful, I wouldn't go to anyone else for storage and always recommend them to others. But we were disappointed to find that a corridor light outside our unit, which was not working in May, was STILL not working when we came on October 28th. As the units have no interior lights, it is vital that the corridor lights are working because you cannot see inside the unit, we had to pull everything out just to locate the items we had come to collect and will have to bring torches next time.”

Thank you for your review of Magenta Storage and I'm terribly sorry that the light issue was not rectified sooner. Recently, however, we have started upgrading our lighting so that bulbs are more reliable.

“Good facilities and service generally. For longer term contracts and to help customer budgeting, calendar month billing would be preferable to 28 day.”

“This storage facility is easy to get to by public transit, car, or van and is clean, safe, and well lit. On the negative side, it is expensive, has problems with its elevator (it is easy for one customer to render this unusable by other customers by leaving the door open, so most of the time most customers find the elevator effectively out of use), and sometimes closes unpredictably during the day (but only for short periods).”
