“Item has not arrived, iv tried emailing, Web chat and no response, I then message on messenger and open a dispute up with PayPal, and I get a response, but nothing since. I doubt my gift will arrive by Christmas now even though ordered in plenty of time. Personally I would shop else where. I'm very upset over this amd not having recieved the item.”
