“Buying 'magic' tricks over the internet can be a 'hit and miss' affair. Thats why I was pleased to discover MOM some two years ago, since when I have made a series of trouble free purchases. On the one occasion when a product fell short of my expectations, I was told not to worry as staff cheerfully set about arranging a replacement which arrived without fuss. After sales service like this is the yardstick by which I judge a retailer and I have been most impressed. MOM clearly values its customers and for that reason, I give it 10/10.”

“Merchant of Magic provide great customer service. Replies to emails are received within 24 hours and provide full information. The products are high quality, good value and are delivered quickly. “They have a chatline which i used. I told them the issue I had with a download off their downloads part of their site. Which by the way teach you anything from slight of hand to gimick creation. The man talked me through everything. They have a massive selection of magic tricks, and masses of downloadable video. If you buy and do not like you can send it back. However that chat where you talk to a fellow magician is by far the best as we all need help at times. Plus they are full of stock.”

“Discovered these guys when I moved to the Isle Of Wight years ago, always helpful and friendly as well as great advice on what to buy (and what not to buy too!), even helped me routine my act. If you’re an old pro or a fresh faced ‘newb’ these guys are just brilliant!”
