“This company is absolutely FANTASIC! Rhonda( agent), Rob(Guide), &Charlie(GoPro) were great! Our cruise was canceled 4 times. We booked, canceled, and rebooted every time. Rhonda was a pleasure every time we called and helped with scheduling and refunds. Rob was our tour guide. He was extremely friend and knowledgeable. He was a blast to hang out with all day and even helped me climb one of the waterfalls to jump off! I left my gopro in the van . I called Rob and Rhonda after hours on a weekend. BOTH called me back and Charlie brought it an hour away to me and wouldn't accept a tip for his time. I can not say enough good things about this group of people and their work ethic. This is the tour group you want to book with. You won't be disappointed.”
