Shame there isn't a minus option on here, not only delivered the wrong item but also then took 6 weeks to return my money! Just awfully bad service such a shame as the products are really lovely

Spoke to customer service twice and asked specifically if my old sofa would be taken on delivery of the new one.

Been trying to order a sideboard for months, either out of stock or when I get to add the item to my basket, it says oops, you have missed out. Phoned them in the hope they would reserve one for me, but they can’t do this! Some customer service, do they want business, what a way to run a company. Had a look at trust pilot reviews and you know what, will now be buying from someone else!

cancelled my order with no explanation. I tried to order it as express delivery which they said they wouldn't do. I called the company and they were passing me between departments. No-one would help, and then they just hung up on me. The item was meant to be a Christmas Present but now will not arrive in time for Christmas. Their customer service is terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY 1 star is a compliment for them

They don’t even deserve 1 star. They sent me a table with missing parts and damaged! and they are asking me to pay again for delivery to my apartment. Their customer service and delivery service are the worst I have ever experienced.

I would give 0 star if I could. Never ever ever buy from this company. I received my order but it was damaged and I am still fighting with the company 3 months later to rectify. Their customer service is the poorest I have ever experienced!

I then read all of the negative reviews from other customers about lack of delivery, bad customer service, faulty or broken items and a general sense of ineptitude so decided to just bite the bullet and ask for a refund.

I have never seen such a bad, unreliable, unethical company with such poor quality products and such a bad customer service. After you place your order they never refund your money back rather they give you voucher. I could not find anything in this company to buy that has a value. Unfortunately they have stolen over €2,000.00 from me and not even answering my phone calls. Never to do business with them ever again.

We then spent several hours back and forth between Maison Du Monde's customer service and Panther's, both parties blaming each other for what allegedly was a "missing item" - LOL, a 36kg / 190cm piece of furniture is "missing", on the day it's due to be delivered after several notifications from both Maison Du Monde and Panther confirming it was being delivered! Absolutely ridiculous.

I have never in my life experienced worse service from any company than both Maison du Monde and Jacky Perrenot.
