I emailed the Majority customer service department several times regarding the fact that the unit would not play our IPod as stated in their instruction manual.
I explained to them that we would happily keep the Oakington if someone could be bothered to respond to the reason why our IPod would not work as stated & their response was
“If you are not satisfied with the item we would advise you to return it”!
What a response, “excellent customer service”?
So much for me deciding to buy British when this is the way you get treated.
