“Have over 29 18/36v Makita Tools from Garden tools to Drills, hover, mutitools, grinders etc and they are all excellent. I’ve had an 18v Drill with two lithium batteries that was bought and used heavily for Heathrows Terminal 5 2005 Project. So that’s 14 Years and no sign of stopping still. Batteries are still as good as new. This has made me slowly buy more and more 18v tools that I just can not fault, the garden tools, chainsaw, strimmer, pole strimmer, and Blower are simply awesome 😎 👏 well done Makita!! I’m not sure what your customer service is like because nothing has ever gone wrong. That would make a great advert with a tumbleweed passing through your customer service department.
