“The product itself was very well made, and looks fantastic, however, almost all aspects let down the score. I had purchased gift wrapping, and express shipping. My order was "Missed", and not shipped out in time, and no gift wrapping was included.”

“Ordered X2 of the Mt Asama glass sets with wrapping. Delivery came on time but only had one set of glasses. You guys delivered the second set a week later but was unwrapped. Disappointed that this was a birthday present and didn’t receive everything at once also paid for wrapping but only wrapped half the gift.”
