Management over stepping the mark and crossing boundaries way out of its league is bound to get your company bad publicity and ruin your reputation even further. They should start thinking about all these harmful negative reviews that will never go away. The MAN empire can fall down at any moment if they lose just one big contract and get unlucky just once.”
“I worked for them doing some part time Door Supervisor roles on Boxing events in London. The money was rubbish after you need to take out food expenses and nothing for 5 hours travelling there and back. Lucky if you pick up 4 hours Financially your out of pocket and its not really worth all the stress for very little return. I don't think I will be volunteering another long day on the Boxing shows again. Company use to pay better money and has its favourites that get all the cream jobs. Atmosphere in general not that good and whenever I spoke to control team they always moaning about over worked and not supported. Such a shame things are so depressing. A recent survey done by Laura MC Carthy the daughter in law of the Director said only 25% of us Security Guards 283 officers participated. That's because morale is low with no incentives or enthusiasm to get involved. Company is basically turning over staff like they do at the cattle market.”

“MAN Commercial Protection are delibrately enticing and encouraging staff to write bogus 5 star reviews on Google, so watch out! I became suspicious and monitored their behaviour relentlessly over a 4 month period with my colleagues. I discovered all the positive reviews was coming from its very own family related staff working at MAN Commercial head office. During my observations I took screenshots and counted at least 30 genuine 1 star negative reviews had also been deleted and removed. Each fake positive review was cross referenced with accounts belonging to Linkedin.com. This search revealed all the names and what senior positions they held within MAN Commercial. My suspicions was then confirmed as expected. A corrupt company trying to deceive potential customers and get them to buy business from them by rigging its reviews to make out they are a great company. This is fraudulent and called mis-representation. Giving employees and clients a false sense of security by dishonest practices. Its a common occurrence amongst senior staff to go around bribing staff with Love2shop vouchers. Taking advantage of vulnerable employees just before Christmas is just one of many dirty tricks MAN Commercial is prepared to play on you. They win you over then ask you to leave a nice review. They are desperate asking guards to work flat out 24/7. Saying to them its okay to work 84 hours a week without a break just to make more profit. These tactics are illegal under the working time regulations 1998, but MAN Commercial likes to think it is doing its employees a big favour by allowing a slave culture. Nobody really wants to work for them anymore because they pay appalling wages and tell too many lies.”
