“ A terrible company! I have tried ordering items on multiple occasions and there customer services has been horrendous. I've received items complete deformed, dirty. Their customer service tends to blame everyone else, including my body shape, for their manufacturing issues. Rather than simply apologizing and offering a free refund, they make you pay for return shipping of the defective items. ”

“ Faulty/damaged/poor service Ordered a jacket, was sent out and it was ripped from inside lining. The collars on the jacket were uneven and unwearable. The customer service was poor did not want to help at all wouldn’t accept a refund or replacement. Literally said I have to deal With it. BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY!! ”

“ Absolutely abysmal customer service: 1) sent my items to another location and would not refund me the delivery fee because it “technically arrived next day” 2) they did not initiate my refund when they said they would 3) never acknowledge their mistake and took ages to sort the issue I checked my tracking details and it showed my parcel at a completely DIFFERENT address. ”

“ At first I liked the designs of MDV, but once I ordered from them a few times I realised that they are low quality and they have a TRAP SYSTEM, which is sending you a voucher instead of a refund and when you don’t decide to use it they DONT REFUND you, they just say that the voucher has expired = STEALING YOUR MONEY! I have asked them several times that I don’t want to buy anything from them and want my money from the voucher back into my bank account and they REFUSE TO DO A REFUND! This is a complete trap and they are making you spend your hard working money on their products even if you don’t want to. ”
