“I’m not a robot. To anyone who wants to join this company they will rip you off. My experience with this company has been horrible. They’re not honest with their customers and not professional. They took £72 a month from my account for one year and after speaking to Richard (the manager) they told me I had a contract with them despite me not signing anything ever. When they called me they asked me to confirm my bank details and told me if I’m not happy after one month they won’t charge me but they did. After two months I found out my company wasn’t online at all. I spoke to Richard and he said joining Google takes at least two months but they had already taken the money from me. When I called them and wanted to talk to the manager they put me on hold and the same person answered claiming to be the manager. They continued to take our money and in January/2023 another complaint. They have a refund would happen within 8 day, still waiting for it.
