“I went online at 5pm to pre order my dinner for my family to have it delivered at 7:05pm. My order didn’t arrive until 7:43pm. I ordered the steak pizza bowl and opened the box and the bottom left portion had been eaten. After being on hold for over 15 mins I got a hold of Manager at the Rinehart Rd location and spoke with Cody S and he stated the best he could do is give me a refund. He never apologized for the inconvenience and hassle. I had to press to even get him to delivery a new one as I told him I really want my dinner not a refund. He said I will try to get it delivered but could be an hour or even more he wasn’t very confident. He really didn’t care and for that reason I will not order from here again. Not a manager I would want dealing with my customers. A little bit of kindness goes a long way. Still waiting for my delivery.”
“This place sucks. Love the food but can never get it!!! Want to B spend money but get out on hold for 10 plus mins only to be hung up on. When we get our pizza it’s wrong. Damn shame”
“I'm a youth minister and we order pizza from Marco's on a regular basis. They always give us a great deal, are always ready when we get there to pickup, and the staff is friendly. The quality of the pizza is great as well. The students enjoy it and we will continue returning there for as long as I'm involved at least.”
